Help Start the “Sergeant Charles Tice” Memorial Scholarship Created by the Clark Pleasant Police Department

The scholarship will be awarded to the student who most represents their ability to be professional, plan for the future, train to accomplish their goals, and have drive for experience. These traits were exemplified by IMPD Sergeant Charles Tice who believed that working hard was the best way to show those he worked with that he cared. Sgt. Tice believed that investing in relationships would always pay off and make a difference. Moreso, Sgt. Tice would always put others needs before his own, would be there at any hour, and would never hesitate to give back to those he worked with and for. Sgt. Tice created an environment around him that always pushed you to train more and train, while making sure you enjoyed every minute of it. There is no better way to honor a man of his caliber than to name a scholarship after him, representing everything he believed in, lived like, and worked towards. There is no better way to keep the legacy of this hero alive than to influence those of the future- That is what he would have done!
